Aus Fairings – Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Aus Fairings, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our return, refund, replacement, and cancellation procedures to provide transparency and clarity. We appreciate your trust in Aus Fairings and are here to support you every step of the way.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product

  • Only unopened items are eligible for return

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags

  • Opened or unpackaged fairing kits are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fairing kits that have been opened, installed, or fitted

  • Fairing kits with single-part damage

    • In these cases, we will replace the damaged part rather than accept a return

Return Process

  1. Submit a Customer Support Ticket within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Our team will respond within 24–72 hours

  3. Please provide photos of the unopened fairing kit box before returning the item

  4. Once approved, we will supply the appropriate return shipping address

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Restocking fees apply:

    • $250 AUD for standard orders

    • $350 AUD for custom fairing kits

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product

  • Please note: Some banks may take additional time to reflect the refund. If it has not appeared after 14 business days, contact your bank or card provider

Replacements

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product

  • If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost

  • Returns are not required for replacement parts—customers may keep and use original parts until replacements arrive

  • Replacement parts must not have been fitted to a motorcycle

  • To request a replacement, submit a Customer Support Ticket (response within 24–72 hours)

Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

    • International returns must also cover any applicable taxes and duties

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service

  • Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value items

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a $100 cancellation fee

  • After 24 hours:

    • $250 restocking fee for standard orders

    • $350 restocking fee for custom orders

Special Circumstances & Exclusions

  • No returns or replacements for OEM color mismatches

    • Paint matching to OEM colors is not guaranteed

  • Once fairing kits are fitted, they are non-returnable and non-replaceable

  • Our 100% Fitment & Paint Guarantee applies only when kits are installed by a professional motorcycle repair facility

    • Proof of professional installation will be required during support claims

  • Heat or melting damage is not covered under our warranty or replacement policy

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns, refunds, and replacements

Disputes

In the rare event of a dispute, both Aus Fairings and the customer agree to work toward a fair resolution in good faith. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
