Aus Fairings (ABN 75 590 627 559) is an Australian-based retailer specialising in the design, manufacture, and supply of custom-fit motorcycle fairings. Based in Rydalmere, NSW, we are passionate about providing top-quality fairings and accessories that enhance both the performance and appearance of your ride. Every piece is crafted to fit a wide variety of motorcycle models, backed by our commitment to customer satisfaction and reliable delivery.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Products

All fairings are made to order. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to the custom nature of our products and the limitations of digital displays.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify specifications without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Aus Fairings is not responsible for pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

For custom orders, additional details may be requested after checkout to confirm your design specifications before production begins.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Afterpay.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless you are using an approved buy-now-pay-later service. All transactions are processed securely. Aus Fairings does not store your payment details.

7. Production & Delivery

All orders are subject to a production period of 2–4 weeks from the date of order and payment confirmation. Once production is complete, approval photos will be sent before dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch are estimated at 14–28 business days for all destinations. Aus Fairings ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum spend required.

Aus Fairings is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a $100 cancellation fee. After 24 hours, cancellation fees of $250 AUD for standard orders and $350 AUD for custom orders apply. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the property of Aus Fairings and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

11. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
