Shipping policy

Production Times

All fairings are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 2–4 weeks for production. During this time your fairing goes through our moulding and painting process. Once complete, we'll send you photos for your approval before we ship.

We don't send production updates during this period as it can slow things down. If you haven't received approval photos after 28 working days, feel free to reach out.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched on Fridays.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 14–28 business days for all destinations. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. No minimum spend required.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import requirements before ordering.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to activate. If you haven't received one within 7 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll follow up.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging and we'll make it right. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order needs to be redirected or reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
